Technology Advancement, Business Project Analyst
BASIC PURPOSE: Change agent and strategic liaison to the function. Collect, process, analyze and report data and guide the function on change management considerations. Assist in determining project priorities and timelines in order to meet all goals and complete deliverables on time.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Collaborate with the technology & product leadership team to drive strategic transformation initiatives.
- Collect data across the function and projects, provide meaningful data analysis and outputs for executive updates and presentations.
- Facilitate technology meetings capturing RAID and project manage outputs accordingly.
- Provide strategic partnership across the function based on need.
- Identify change management needs within the department and facilitate change management plans.
- Create and manage project plans related to transformation initiatives.
- Communicate project status (milestones and timelines) proactively to internal stakeholders and recommend opportunities with focus on project deliverables, quality and execution.
- Ensure internal project quality, excellence, and compliance with all policies, processes, regulations.
- Understand the implication of short-term strategies and long-term goals to translate needs into tactical, cost effective and feasible plans.
- Design and manage change plans, activities, and deliverables to meet the desired objectives for each project or process. Ensure that any change has appropriate governance, transparency, and oversight.
- Partner with functional owners to think differently about problems and find simple solutions. Define measures of success and capture metrics to monitor effectiveness.

QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS NEEDED:
- Proven analytical skills.
- Ensure timely compliance with training completion/documentation.
- Effective communication skills; written and oral in English and working with and influencing cross functional teams.
- Impeccable organizational skills as well as the ability to adapt quickly to changing, sometimes competing priorities, assignments, and roles.
- Solid understanding of project management techniques, change management, methodologies and best practices.
- Self-motivated; able to work independently while coordinating multiple activities with cross-functional teams.
- Ability to foster and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external customers.
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, engineering, or science-related field is preferred.
Experience:
- Minimum 2-4 years of experience in a business analyst or project management role, with an emphasis in the life sciences or related industry experience
- Demonstrated success defining, launching, tracking the value of projects, ideally in the medical or clinical trials industries.
- Strong business acumen including a solid understanding of sales, finance and general business principles.
- Exceptional data analysis, project management, planning skills.
- Excellent organizational, interpersonal, time management, and prioritization skills.
- Experience working within corporate and strategic business areas.
- Experience in managing multiple deliverables with overlapping priorities and deadlines.
- Demonstratable ability to create governance, clear process, communication and project discipline.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Able to interface effectively with individuals at all levels of the organization.
- Positive, enthusiastic attitude and a passion for quality work.
