Job Overview
Subject Matter Expert (SME) for Microsoft Dynamics D365
- Develop an understanding of all business processes and functions (including sales, production scheduling, manufacturing, order fulfillment and inventory control) and the IT systems and applications that support those business functions.
- Coordinate with internal and external partners to design, develop, test and implement Dynamics modifications, reporting, and integrations with legacy applications.
- Assist in configuration and installation of Dynamics and supporting applications, functions, and systems.
- Monitor and maintain Dynamics 365 production, and development environments.
- Maintain system documentation and transition of support knowledge to the Support team.
- Partner with the support team to resolve any issues or bugs that are escalated.
SKILLS/KNOWLEDGE/ABILITITES
- 2 – 5 years’ minimum experience with Dynamics 365/AX in a development type role

- Experience with Azure DevOps and Service Bus
- Basic understanding of business practices, including accounting, procurement, sales, and production cycles.
- Must be proficient in Dynamics 365/AX security development.
