We are currently seeking a Program Senior Director – Life Insurance – REMOTE to join our team in Plano, Texas (US-TX), United States (US).
This is a permanent, fulltime, salaried position with benefits. Not open to C2C or C2H.
This position is fully Remote/Work from Home and may be based anywhere in the continental United States
Job Duties and Responsibilities Include:
- Understanding of business goals (tactical and strategic) and drives development and implementation of business solutions
- Driving projects to optimize business processes and develop a business architecture framework for continuous improvement
- Work with Sr. Program Director in the development of plans for the projects assigned across the program
- Develop with Program Director best practices focused on transition of new clients into the organization and build the repeatable processes to support growth
- Actively manage the work efforts of functional resources through the project plan and manage project risk through comprehensive mitigation assessment and planning
- Manage and maintain good communication across team members, leadership and stakeholders across multiple business units
- Participate in business development activities associated with the growth of the business units this includes: Participation in due diligence, collaborate in responses for RFI
- Develops the readiness of the organization for new implementations and transitions
- Manages the project performance (e.g., delivery on commitments, quality, responsiveness, reliability) and financial performance (e.g., business case) expectations.
- Establishes and maintains appropriate relationships with Solution Development, Solution Operations, and Business Sponsors. Acts as a focal point for assigned project-related activities.
- Maintains awareness and oversight of project activities through proper status reporting to ensure a timely resolution of project execution issues, including changes in scope, quality/reliability issues, and resource constraints. Responsible for project sponsor satisfaction with project delivery and functionality.
- Responsible for ensuring projects follow standard project development methodology and that the project conforms to IT-defined standards for security and technical architecture.
- Apply a structured business architecture approach and methodology for capturing the key views of the enterprise
Basic, Required Qualifications:
- Minimum six years of experience in Business Architecture of transition programs from carrier to a TPA
- Minimum five years of experience working in the Life Insurance vertical
- Minimum two years of experience architecting Life Insurance solutions
Other Desired Qualifications:
- Life insurance experience a must
- Proven experience in as Business Architect for large programs
- Ability to work in a global organization with resources nearshore and offshore
- Proven experience working with IT delivery teams to set direction on business solutions specifically in enterprise solutions such as Workflow, images, business process automation, deployment of surround solutions
- Knowledge of Agile methodology or Scrum framework
- The ability to visualize and create high-level models that can be used in future analysis to extend and mature the business architecture
- Extensive experience planning and deploying both business and IT initiatives
- Experience modeling business processes using a variety of tools and techniques
- Exceptional communication skills and the ability to communicate appropriately at all levels of the organization; this includes written and verbal communications as well as visualizations
- The ability to act as liaison conveying information needs of the business to IT and data constraints to the business; applies equal conveyance regarding business strategy and IT strategy, business processes and workflow automation, business initiatives and IT initiatives, and benefit realization and service delivery
- Team player able to work effectively at all levels of an organization with the ability to influence others to move toward consensus
- Strong situational analysis and decision-making abilities
Where required by law, NTT DATA provides a reasonable range of compensation for specific roles. The starting pay range for this remote role is $127,99 – $284,100. This range reflects the minimum and maximum target compensation for the position across all US locations. Actual compensation will depend on a number of factors, including the candidate’s actual work location, relevant experience, technical skills, and other qualifications. This position may also be eligible for incentive compensation based on individual and/or company performance.
