What we’re looking for:

We’re looking for a driven and motivated individual to help lead and coordinate a wide variety of cross-functional initiatives at Wonders. This role reports into the product management team and would work closely with product/engineering to support cross-functional initiatives.

Example initiatives that this role would take on:

  • Cross-functional coordination for our payments processor migration, across engineering as well as client teams to develop and manage a client migration plan
  • Develop an onboarding process for an upcoming Wonders product, in collaboration with the POS product team and Wonders onboarding teams
  • Manage implementation timelines and process and ensure success for 3P products and services being integrated into Wonders

What you’ll accomplish:

  • Lead projects, optimize processes, and ensure alignment with organizational goals to make sure that projects are ultimately completed within time and budget constraints
  • Facilitate project implementation and manage the timelines with stakeholders
  • Proactively flag risks and work with stakeholders to ensure they are mitigated and addressed
  • Foster collaboration, speed, and high performance
  • Establish and leverage strong cross-functional relationships with sales, CSM, CSS, onboarding, marketing, and more internal teams
  • Streamline processes, systems and identify automation opportunities
  • Monitor KPIs and suggest improvements


About you:

  • 5 years of program management experience in G&A functions
  • Excellent leadership and project management skills
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • A strong analytical and data-driven mindset
  • Desire and ability to pick up technical skills necessary for making data-driven decisions
  • Experience in process optimization, systems and change management
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and constantly changing environment under ambiguity
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities
  • A self-starter attitude, ambition, focus, and self-sufficiency
  • Ability to remain flexible and calm when facing uncertainty

Bonus points:

  • You have experience in a consumer driven industry with a passion for the customer.
  • Experience in restaurant industry preferred but not required
  • You have a roll up your sleeves mentality with current or prior experience working in a fast paced, collaborative, highly ambiguous environment frequently wearing more than one hat.
