How will you make a difference to PMI?

PMI is looking for a Production Artist who will be responsible for executing and delivering high-quality creative assets that align with PMI brand standards and marketing objectives. The role bridges the gap between creative concepts and final production, ensuring designs are accurately prepared and optimized for various formats, including print, digital, and multimedia platforms.

What you’ll bring to the role:

Design Execution & Asset Production:

  • Produce and refine PMI visual materials, including digital ads, web assets, event materials, social media assets, merchandise and presentations.
  • Ensure all PMI creative work aligns with PMI brand guidelines and meets technical specifications for production.

File Preparation & Quality Control:

  • Prepare print-ready and digital files, ensuring accuracy in layout, color, typography, and resolution.
  • Conduct quality checks to maintain high standards for final deliverables.

Collaboration & Communication:

  • Work closely with creative studio team leader, creative-ops and the creative studio team to bring concepts to life.
  • Communicate regularly with creative-ops to ensure specifications and timelines are met.

Template Creation & Maintenance:

  • Develop and maintain source file templates for recurring marketing needs to streamline production workflows.
  • Update and revise existing PMI visual materials as needed.

Asset Management:

  • Maintain an organized and up to date library of production assets, ensuring easy access and efficient workflows.

Role Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
  • 5+ years of experience in a production artist or similar role in a marketing or agency environment.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, Figma, MS PowerPoint and familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Monday.com).
