About the Role:
In our continued mission to deliver the best value, experience and opportunity for our communities, stakeholders and partners using customer insights and experience, we are seeking a Production Artist. This position will work independently and with teams and has geographic flexibility to work remotely offered by Tanger’s hub-and-spoke approach to a modern Teams-driven workplace.
Reporting directly to the Creative Director, the Production Artist is responsible for production of design deliverables including print, digital display, and collateral. This role will format art files, ensure print quality standards are met, and collect, process, and organize files.

How can you contribute to what we do?
- Produce creative materials through Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop) and digital executions in FIGMA
- Prepare final, press-ready files based on supplied specifications utilizing approved design templates and brand library assets
- Produce various formats of supplied artwork production-ready and resolve any design issues that arise during production
- Provide image retouching, clipping paths, and additional image adjustments
- Package and prepare final files for release to printers, vendors, and digital operations
- Assess project specifics and create final designs that adhere to requirements
- Review and proof materials before projects are proofed to requesters and released to printers and vendors, ensuring accuracy of the job request
- Work within the Job Log and Creative tracking process to ensure all materials are accurate, proofed, processed, and delivered by set deadlines
- Maintain accurate job files and close jobs once complete
- Incorporate changes by job submitter into final designs as needed
- Follow-up with publications and printers regarding questions or problems
- Make corrections and/or changes to artwork in a timely manner to minimize company expense and meet deadlines
About You:
- You have up to 4 years of agency or related design production experience.
- You demonstrate hands-on design skills with Adobe Creative Suite and web-based design applications, such as FIGMA, Sketch, and Adobe XD.
- As an innovator, you possess creative flair, versatility, conceptual and visual abilities, and originality.
- You have exemplary presentation skills and are comfortable speaking effectively with retailers, customers, vendors, and team members.
- You exhibit strong time management and multitasking skills.
- You have a high school diploma or equivalent.
- You have the ability to travel via commercial airlines and maintain a valid driver’s license to operate your own vehicle or rental car in a safe manner. This position requires up to 5% travel.
