Expecations and Tasks
Reporting to the Head of Cloud Integration & Adoption Product Management, the Product Specialist will act as support to the respective Product Owner(s), overseeing the complete “Product Area” ´supporting the Product Owners to scale and Deliver new value, Operate the Product, be a trusted partner and focus on securing the success of SAP IES Cloud Integration & Adoption teams, your Product and therefore the respective “Agile Release Train” (ART).

Your main tasks, but not limited to, will be:

  • Understand the Customers and Stakeholders needs and vision in the respective Domain of Store, Sales, Service & Support, Billing, Finance
  • Support the Product Roadmap, Operations and Delivery activities within your Product Area
  • Work with your own, and other Product team(s), Product Owners, Customer(s) to ensure E2E functionality is delivered and meets the needs and respectively delivers value
  • Work closely with Product Owners/Stakeholders and understand feature dependencies
  • Work closely with Product Owners/Stakeholders to prioritize the flow of work

Education and Qualifications:

  • Good Experience in IT scaled Lean-Agile roles such as Product Owner, Product Manager, Delivery Lead or comparable roles and areas
  • Good Experience in the overall Value Stream of the Cloud Integration & Adoption Organisation (e.g. Sales, Services & Support, Billing, Finance)
  • Good Experience working in an agile or scaled agile environment
  • Good Experience in IT project and program management
  • Good experience in CRM
  • Languages English (required)
  • Master or Diploma university degree, preferably in Engineering, Information technologies or equivalent training and job experience

The Intelligent Enterprise Solutions (IES) department is responsible for evolving SAP’s IT strategy and executing on it. We are applying our expertise in technology and business processes by driving the internal adoption of standard applications that support end-users in the execution and re-engineering of their processes in all lines of business, always putting a strong focus on end-user centricity.
