The Role
We are hiring a Product Manager for our client to play a key role in developing the next generation of AI-powered food ingredient formulation tools. We seek an experienced professional with a deep understanding of AI and machine learning. While knowledge of the food industry/ingredients is beneficial, this is not mandatory. You will collaborate with our engineers to train and deploy AI models, engage with customers to understand their needs and oversee the product roadmap.
This is a 3-6 month contract position.
- Collaborate with engineers to train and deploy AI models for food ingredient formulation.
- Understand the AI model build specifications and work closely with customers to create a product that meets their specific needs.
- Utilize cutting-edge AI tools to create comprehensive product specification PRDs.
- Work with the marketing team to develop and execute effective product marketing plans.
- Track and measure product performance, providing recommendations for continuous improvement.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in product management, demonstrating a track record of success.
- Prior experience in AI product use and management is highly advantageous.
- Knowledge of the food industry is a strong asset.
- Strong understanding of AI and machine learning concepts.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective stakeholder engagement.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively, contributing to a cohesive team environment.
