Product Manager – (2200005W)

CWT is seeking a Product Manager to lead the discovery and delivery of our web & mobile products.

In this role, you will find & assess product opportunities, identify business value and work with UX & Engineering teams to discover solutions that deliver the very best outcomes for our users, our clients, and our business.

In the delivery phase you’ll work with a cross functional team to define the scope & phasing, deliver the functionality and behavior of the chosen solution and measure & iterate until the opportunity is fully realized.

As a part of the Technology Product Management team, you will be working with an international team of UX researchers, UI/UX designers, product managers and developers.

Qualifications

Responsibilities:

  • Assist Product Leaders with defining the product vision & strategy
  • Understand industry trends to support product & engineering teams in defining industry leading products
  • Follow and analyze competing products and services to identify gaps & opportunities for our own product improvements
  • Understand global, regional and market needs through research, and establishing methods for aggregating feedback and opportunities
  • Work closely with the UX Research team to identify user pain points, jobs to be done and any underserved needs. Assist with the creation of detailed personas for your target market
  • Demonstrate a thorough understanding and execution of lean product methodologies
  • Drive and execute a continuous product discovery process to evaluate, ideate, design, prototype, test, refine and validate solutions
  • Work closely with User Experience & Engineering teams to identify solutions that are valuable, usable and feasible and have support from stakeholders prior to committing heavy development resources.
  • Create user stories that define what needs to be built and ensure that they accurately reflect user needs & business value
  • Act as the Product Expert or Scrum Product Owner guiding and supporting Engineering and UX teams throughout delivery cycle
  • Drive product instrumentation and analytics strategy to build a thorough understanding of product usage, improvement opportunities and the value of new features delivered
  • Communicate plans & progress clearly throughout organization across all levels

Education & Experience:

  • Business or technical bachelor’s degree or equivalent industry experience
  • Minimum of 3 years of Product Management experience for web & mobile products
  • Travel Industry experience is preferred
