We are currently hiring for a Product Manager as we look to expand our team and support our growing roster of local and national clients.
Who We’re Looking For
C-4 Analytics is looking for a Product Manager as we look to expand our team following exceptional growth in 2020. This team member will need to be a smart and capable self-starter often working under minimal supervision. Being able to push back and question the status quo is critical and appreciated. You must have a nimble, collaborative mindset where no job is too large or small and possess strong communication skills in order to interface with the product team and Sr. Leadership alike. You will have a hand in setting a long term product vision.
A day in the life
- Partner with the executive team and product organization to make our vision into reality, then execute against those goals.
- Collaboration across departments, utilizing solid communication and organization skills, is critical.
- Own our products, and design new ones, while identifying areas of improvement along the way.
- Document and monitor requirements needed to institute proposed updates
- Partner with the engineering team to ensure they have everything they need to win.
- Define clear goals for all aspects of a product and manage its proper execution
Product Manager Requirements:
- Bachelor s Degree
- 3+ years of product management experience
- Strong organizational, critical thinking, problem solving and leadership skills.
- You have a track-record of shipping software products in an Agile development environment,
- Experience with modern product & software development methodologies, i.e., Agile, SCRUM, SDLC, Kanban, sprints & continuous integration, JIRA, etc., as well as the ability to bring new ones to the table.
- Agency, marketing, or ad-tech experience preferred.
- Experience working with internal and outsourced engineering teams.
- Understanding of how successful engineering teams work.
- Data-driven mindset: Passion for building functional and engaging user experiences with a strong customer-centric focus and turning data into actionable insights.
- Maniacal focus on the user experience
- Gathering and prioritizing user requirements
- Experience building product plans and enjoy sharing your vision with internal stakeholders.
