Title: Post Merger Integration Manager

About Corporate Development

The Corporate Development group manages ConsenSys’ M&A, capital raising, and corporate venture capital activity. The company has a rich history of acquisitions and is hoping to complete several highly strategic acquisitions this year.

What you’ll do

This role will play a major role in realizing the future of ConsenSys, working closely with the executive leadership team and other key stakeholders to successfully integrate these acquisitions into ConsenSys.

Would be great if you brought this to the role

  • Tactically and strategically lead global integration of acquisitions, from due diligence through post-close value capture
  • Partner with executives and function leaders cross-functionality to craft integration strategies that closely align with acquisition rationale and operating model
  • Develop acquisition-related key performance indicators to measure the effectiveness of transaction-value drivers
  • Drive integration plans, coach cross-functional teams, run regular integration meetings and drive proactive issue resolution
  • Identify and mitigate risks and issues related to post-merger integration activities
  • Proactively identify areas for improvement throughout the deal lifecycle and implement best-in-class practices
  • Lead the refinement of integration and build-out of repeatable process strategy and toolset (e.g., playbooks, process flows, work plans) that incorporate prior experience and industry-leading practices across all key workstreams

Qualification and Experience

  • 4+ years at a top-tier company in management consulting or working through post merger integration at a corporation
  • Excellent project management skills, including the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver results within tight deadlines
  • High level of operational focus, strong analytical skill, rigor and attention to detail
