Job Summary:
Movement Gyms is seeking a Performance Marketing Manager to spearhead our paid marketing initiatives and drive customer acquisition and engagement. This role requires a strategic thinker with a strong background in performance marketing, data analysis, and customer engagement strategies. The ideal candidate will lead innovative marketing campaigns that significantly contribute to Movement Gyms’ growth and success and will be passionate about hands-on execution of campaign strategies.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement comprehensive performance marketing strategies to acquire new customers and drive membership growth.
- Manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns across various channels (e.g., Paid Search, Paid Social, TikTok, Influencer, and Affiliate Marketing) to drive efficient customer acquisition and revenue growth.
- Regularly present insights, progress, and strategies to leadership, influencing the overall direction of Movement Gyms’ marketing efforts.
- Design and implement robust performance measurement frameworks, including A/B tests and incrementality tests.
- Manage tracking tools, pixels, server-to-server integrations, and measurement platforms to ensure effective campaign tracking and data accuracy.
- Collaborate with the creative team to develop engaging content and ad creatives that resonate with our target audience.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in performance marketing and the climbing industry to ensure Movement Gyms remains competitive and innovative.
Qualifications:
- A strong background in marketing, with a minimum of 3-5 years of experience, preferably in performance marketing within high-growth environments.
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful performance marketing strategies.
- You’ve built impressive landing pages before and can easily recognize an exceptional one.
- Exceptional analytical skills, with proficiency in utilizing data to drive decision-making and marketing optimization.
- You can fly at many altitudes simultaneously – You’re just as comfortable setting the strategy for a new initiative as you are digging into the tactical weeds.
- Experience in managing large budgets efficiently.
- Proficiency in using marketing tools and platforms such as Google Analytics, Facebook Ads Manager, Google Ads, TikTok Ads, and others.
- Strong understanding of performance metrics and KPIs.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Demonstrated experience in driving creative strategy and testing in a performance marketing capacity.

- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously while paying attention to detail
- Passion for climbing and understanding of the climbing gym industry is a plus.
