Who we are
Attentive is seeking a Paid Search Specialist to join our team. Reporting to the Director of Performance Marketing, this role will be responsible for the management, optimization, and growth of our paid search channels and website experiences.
Why Attentive needs you

- Own and execute campaigns across all paid search channels (Google, YouTube, Bing, Capterra, etc.)
- Demonstrated experience building & optimizing paid search campaigns, preferably in a B2B SaaS/Tech environment
- Familiarity with how tracking using pixels, URL parameters (UTM codes) works
- Create a paid search strategy to improve our cost per acquisition further
- Continue to evolve the paid search strategy, recommend optimizations on a weekly basis, and run monthly performance audits
- Present key learnings to the leadership team
- Able to calculate & track acquisition goals vs. costs
- Partner with the growth Marketing, design, and content team to share insights on what is working on paid search channels
- Leverage data-driven approach to improve campaigns performance QoQ, generate & analyze reporting data
About you

- 2-4 years of professional experience working with paid search ad platforms such as Google, Youtube, Bing, Capterra, etc.
- Deep understanding of Google ads and experience in B2B SaaS
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful performance marketing strategies to drive bottom line revenue & ROAS from paid search
- Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret complex data to make informed decisions and optimize marketing campaigns
- Performs delegated work effectively and offers proactive ideas for project improvement
- Independently manages own work queue and time to ensure deadlines are met
- Consistent quality of work output and strong attention to detail
- Offers proactive communication to manager in voicing ideas for improvement on assigned projects or identifying potential or existing blockers
- An individual contributor who adds to a strong team culture
