We are seeking a developing SEM expert to join our team and collaborate with other paid media professionals to drive strategic growth. In this high-profile role, you will manage global budgets and your contributions will have an immediate and significant impact on our business expansion. What you’ll do: 

  • Campaign Management: Own the creation and execution of Paid Search strategies across platforms like Google Ads, SA360, and Microsoft Ads.
  • Performance Oversight: Review all reporting metrics, analyzes and identifies performance drivers, and communicates account health through data storytelling
  • Planning & Execution: Develop and execute Paid Search campaigns that align with business promotions and product offerings as well as drive to core KPIs.
  • Trusted Advisor: Provide reliable, data supported, guidance and channel expertise to internal teams, ensuring confidence in forecasts and strategies.
  • Operational Excellence: Ensure high-quality timely campaign execution
  • Budgeting: Manage budgeting and forecasting on a daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis
  • Always On Testing: Create and execute ongoing testing plans for ad copy, landing pages, betas, etc

Who you are:

  • Expert level SEM proficiency
  • 3+ years of experience focused on high budget ($250K+ monthly) SEM channel management 
  • Hands on experience in campaign development, execution, and optimization across various search engines
  • Demonstrated analytical skills, experience using Google Analytics, Tableau, Looker
  • Experience with 3rd party management tools, preferably Search Ads 360
  • Highly Proficient in Excel used specifically for pivot tables, vlookups, and data trend analysis
  • Strong quantitative track record of driving business growth through performance marketing
  • Previous experience in a subscription based / SaaS software company preferred
