Description

Robert Half Marketing and Creative is looking for a Paid Media Specialist for a long term, contract to hire opportunity. This role is remote and ideally working in EST hours.

Job Details:

  • Execute pay-per-click search marketing efforts, including keyword research, planning, structure, ad writing, execution, testing, analysis, reporting, etc.
  • Create and manage paid search campaigns for clients on Google, Bing, and other platform
  • Research and optimize keywords on a regular basis
  • Monitor budget and adjust bids to gain better ROI
  • Work with Marketing Analytics team to track KPIs and attribution reporting linking media delivery and insights to brand objectives and results
  • Create, maintain, and monitor keyword bids, account daily and monthly budget caps, impression share, quality score, and other important account metrics
  • Monitor and evaluate search results and search performance across the major search channels
  • Manage display network placement and remarketing campaigns
  • Effectively communicate campaign performance to internal stakeholders and clients as needed
  • Keep abreast of PPC and SEM, and SEO trends
  • Ensure that marketing pixels and other tracking technology is implemented correctly across all client websites
  • Keep up to date with and communicate with team PPC best practices, keyword research tools, and industry research.

Requirements

  • The PAID MEDIA SPECIALIST will be detail-oriented and data-driven, have excellent written communication skills, the ability to optimize the most strategic solutions, and a focused drive toward continuous improvement to reach client goals and deliver results.
  • 2+ years of experience in search advertising and paid search
  • Google Ads Certified, Search Advertising certification
  • Google Analytics expertise – certification is strongly preferred
  • Experience using WordPress or other CMS platforms
