As a Production Artist you will be responsible for supporting the Creative Team with all kinds of production needs from product packaging to presentation decks. You are a maker. You have an acute attention to detail. You love art and design. You enjoy pulling together presentations to tell a story. You understand the importance of pixel perfection. You have experience in communicating ideas and love collaborating with others. You understand the need to work collaboratively. We are a small team that requires dedicated support in achieving our mission. This role will report to the Design Manager.
You will:
- Maintain consistency and integrity of the brand.
- Address the production of digital and printed assets.
- Build print-ready mechanicals for packaging.
- Help pull together cross-departmental presentations to tell a coherent story.
- Help maintain and organize creative assets and archives.
- Work closely with the Creative Team to save the planet.
You have:
- Dedication towards our mission.
- 3-5 years of experience at an agency or in-house.
- BFA in Design or comparable experience.
- A strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
- Knowledge in Figma, a plus.
- An ability to retouch photos, a plus.
- Experience producing assets for web & print.
- Experience building design systems and infographics.
- Excellent attention to detail and high degree of accuracy.
- An understanding of working in a hyper-growth environment.
- Passion for art and design.
Location: 100% Remote
Duration: 10 months maternity leave
