The Role:
Digible, Inc. is looking for an Organic Social Team Manager to join our team!
The Organic Social Manager is responsible for leading, growing & retaining a team of 6-8 employees, innovating and improving our process & strategy, and ensuring the personal growth of each team member.
Digible is expected to grow revenue by 50% over the next 12 months, increasing account volume and driving team growth. The Organic Social Team Manager will have strong leadership and communication skills and a deep Social background. This role reports directly to the Director of Organic Media and works closely with the rest of Digible’s leadership team.

What you’ll do:
- Manage and oversee a team of 6-8 Organic Social Specialists, Analysts, and Strategists, all focused on delivering the best-in-class Organic Social strategy to our clientele while focusing on performance and efficiency goals
- Hire, retain, and coach your team
- Stay up to date on industry trends for both multifamily and Organic Social
- Improve employee Onboarding & Training Curriculum (short/long term)
- Conduct employee 1-1s, team meetings, quarterly planning & performance/annual reviews
- Set minimum expectations and standards of excellence for your team
- Work alongside the Director of Organic Media to develop and execute annual business plans, including but not limited to VTO, SMART Goals, KPIs, Milestones, etc.
- Communicate system for accountability
- Develop team (sub) culture through collaborative process and trust

You should have:
- 5+ years of relevant experience in an Organic Social role
- 2+ years of digital agency experience
- Management experience is a strong plus
- Multifamily/Senior Living/Student Housing Experience a strong plus
