Role: Oracle Cloud HCM Lead
Location: Frisco, TX or Remote with Milestone Travel (Must reside in the United States)
Relevant Experience: 10+
Responsibilities/Qualifications:
· Provide expert guidance on Oracle Cloud HCM modules including Core HR, Compensation, Security, and Global HR.
· Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of Oracle Fusion HCM solutions.
· Conduct thorough system analysis to identify and address potential issues and optimize performance.
· Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for system design and development processes.
· Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices in software development and system design.
· Mentor and support junior team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
· Drive innovation by staying updated with the latest trends and advancements in Oracle Cloud HCM technologies.
· Facilitate effective communication between stakeholders to ensure project alignment and success.
· Manage project timelines and deliverables, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.
· Provide technical leadership in troubleshooting and resolving complex system issues. – Evaluate and recommend new tools and technologies to enhance system capabilities and performance.
· Required Skills: Oracle Cloud HCM-Compensation, Oracle Cloud HCM-Global HR, Oracle Cloud HCM Security, OC HCM Fun-Core HR, Oracle Fusion HCM.
· Sr. Architect with extensive experience in System Design, Programming/Software Development, and Oracle Cloud HCM. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing complex projects and delivering innovative solutions.
