Bend Health’s collaborative care model relies on therapy to help families manage the ups and downs of everyday life. These challenges could involve managing emotions, challenging negative thinking, and reducing stress and anxiety.
We are looking for a full-time, Operations Specialist who is passionate about whole-person, whole-family mental health care. This position reports to the VP of Operations.
Position Overview
The Operations Analyst will serve as a key contributor to optimizing Bend Health’s clinical workforce productivity and care delivery operations. This role will support scheduling optimization, performance analytics, and cross-functional initiatives to improve member outcomes and operational efficiency. This is a highly collaborative and detail-oriented role, ideal for someone who enjoys solving complex problems, interpreting data, and driving continuous improvement in a fast-paced environment.
This position requires strong analytical skills, comfort working across multiple systems, and the ability to synthesize data into actionable insights. The ideal candidate is proactive, curious, and excited about using data to improve access to youth mental health care. This position will report to the VP, Operations.
Responsibilities:
Data & Productivity Analysis:
- Analyze clinical workforce productivity, identifying trends and areas for improvement across providers and service lines.
- Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to support decision-making across clinical operations.
- Recommend scheduling and staffing adjustments based on capacity, performance data, and demand forecasting.
- Partner with leadership to define KPIs and track progress toward operational goals.
Scheduling Optimization:
- Collaborate with the scheduling team to ensure optimal clinician availability and alignment to member needs.
- Identify opportunities to reduce appointment gaps, increase provider utilization, and improve schedule adherence.
- Support routine and ad hoc analyses of appointment volumes, wait times, cancellations, and reschedules.
Care Plan & SLA Adherence:
- Monitor care plan adherence metrics and identify gaps in follow-up, clinical note completion, assessments, and asynchronous review timelines.
- Track key partner SLAs and flag variances that could impact member experience or contract compliance.
- Work with cross-functional stakeholders to develop solutions that improve both workflow compliance and care quality.
Cross-Functional Project Support:
- Participate in or lead projects that aim to improve operational performance, workflows, and member experience.
- Coordinate with Clinical, Product, Tech, and Member Services teams to implement and evaluate process improvements.
- Support testing, implementation, and training efforts tied to operational changes or new tools.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, Data Analytics, or related field required or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience in healthcare operations or data analysis.
- 2+ years of experience in healthcare operations, workforce analytics, or a related analytical role.
- Experience working with scheduling tools, EHR systems, and operational performance metrics.
- Prior exposure to telehealth or behavioral health operations preferred.
