Operations and Support Associate

CircleLink Health is looking for an innovation-focused Operations and Support Associate who will support our clinical and operations team remotely as we grow. You’ll work closely with our Director of Operations as well as our software development team to provide internal support, identify areas of optimization, and assist with initiatives to improve clinician and patient experience. The Ops Associate will take the lead in empowering our network of clinicians and care team members as they provide preventive health coaching to patients nationwide.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Addressing day-to-day questions from our community of remote nurses nationwide
  • Managing our knowledge-base software to provide continual self-service support
  • Assisting with the implementation of software redesign and new features
  • Identifying softwares bugs and working with our IT team to get them fixed
  • Helping with other business tasks as needed (e.g: task delegation, patient experience, etc.)

Education and Experience:

  • 0-3+ years experience, preferably in healthcare (non-healthcare experience also considered)
  • Experience in customer service, operations, and/or onboarding
  • Experience in a hyper growth, start-up environment

Salary Range:

$45,000 – $60,000 based on experience
