We’re looking for an amazing National Accounts Coordinator. You’ll be responsible for the support, development, and improvement of our National Account team projects and account activity by focusing on document management, liaising with accounts and internal departments, and creating standardized communications.

Responsibilities
- Asset Creation and Proofing
- PPT collaboration/assistance with trade marketing team when needed
- Proofing and Approving Assets for accounts marketing plans
- Ad/banner requests (consortia programs, customer flyers for various accounts ex: Alaska & Japan TLN Dream Vacations/ Cruise One flyer)
- Responsible for Run of Show and Conference Sheet
- Creation, Coordinating, Maintaining the Conference and Events Sheet and Updating as necessary.
- Managing the sponsorship, promo costs and budgets
- Creating ROS for each show and assisting with dining and event planning for events
- Register PC leadership team members, ordering promos/ collateral for events and shipping to tradeshows
- Attending hosted, sponsored national account conferences when necessary.
- Manage leadership and trade marketing team schedules for PPT development, rehearsals, and creative assets.
- Scheduling and organizing the different aspects of a project. Will assist National Account Managers and clients coordinate events and be involved in planning vendors, liaison for onboard group special services coordinators for an upcoming National Account client and trade events.
- Assisting National Account Managers with managing and forecasting for T&E, Conference and Events Budgets.
- Managing and tracking concession, FAM cabins, Inports and agent incentive programs
- Manage an extremely active calendar of conferences, events, national account appointments; compose and prepare correspondence of all mediums, that is sometimes confidential; arrange complex and detailed travel plans (including shipboard cabin bookings), itineraries, and agendas; and compile documents in preparation for high level conferences, events, FAM, etc
- Monitors progress on departmental projects; assists to facilitate the timely and successful completion of the project.
- Contributes to departmental goals by maintaining ongoing management of department’s budget and has solid understanding of POLAR, policies and procedures.
Requirements
- Associate degree, completion of a technical school or equivalent combination of education, training and experience required.
- Requirement proficiency with Princess reservation system POLAR; booking information navigation, group pricing/availability, contracts, understanding and reviewing pricing fare codes.
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously to meet deadlines while maintaining attention to detail.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to handle confidential & sensitive information with discretion.
- Proficient in the use of MS Office 365 (Outlook, OneDrive, Teams, SharePoint Online, Word, Excel and PowerPoint).
- Ability to work independently on assignments with sound judgment, proactively solving complex problems that impact the department.
- Ability to build effective internal and external relationships
- Proficiency using MS Office Suite, including Outlook and MS Teams
- Ability to work independently and remotely
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Technical proficiency and computer skills for specific tasks and projects – specifically requirement of POLAR
- Strong attention to detail
