The Role: Motion Designer is a key member of the Creative Team, who will make an impact by retaining & growing clients by creating high-quality visual deliverables that build upon a client’s brand and drive results. You’ll play an integral role on our collaborative team, seamlessly communicating with internal teams to elevate our clients’ creative direction. As the Motion Designer, you will:

  • Execute creative strategy (visual strategy) Translate client strategy into high-quality visual deliverables (accurately, within scope, and on-time).
  • Build brand consistency throughout all work produced. Maintains internal files to maintain client’s brand libraries.
  • Manage a book of clients and turns their quarterly creative strategy into visual deliverables.
  • Art Direction: Providing art direction for requested assets based upcoming campaign needs.
  • Build trust with clients and account managers. Is responsive and collaborates well. Communicate their learnings and recommendations to the AM. Communicates with Account Managers, fulfillment specialists & clients to collaborate on strategy & creative direction.
  • Stay up on latest creative practices, trends, & programs. Designs and strategies can compete in today’s digital landscape (history, culture, pop culture).

What you need to be the Motion Designer:

  • Hands-on experience as a creative (motion designer)
  • Experience in Adobe Creative Cloud, including After Effects, Photoshop, and XD
  • Project Management experience
  • Ability to design high quality work, maintain brand consistency, translate strategy & direction into designs, all while bringing new ideas to the table
