As one of our Global Web Producers, you will be a key contributor to an innovative and entrepreneurial Online Experience Team in the Brand, Content & Digital Marketing Department at IDEXX. You will collaborate extensively with your peers in digital marketing to create, collaborate, and maintain content across our growing family of global websites.

What you will do:

  • Support the development and execution of marketing strategy and tactics through the creation and evolution of web pages, email communications, online learning materials, and other key online customer touch points
  • Coordinate and collaborate with peers to deliver best-in-class digital assets for a global audience using platforms like DjangoCMS, Pardot, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, and Docebo LMS.
  • Collaborate with peers and project managers to accurately inform on project statuses and provide informed estimates on various scopes of work in support of organizational goals
  • Provide testing support for project releases
  • Reporting to the Manager, Global Web Strategy for IDEXX, you will be a key player in the success of web projects in a globally-distributed team of digital marketing experts who manage web production, user experience, quality assurance, web development, and digital asset management

What you need to succeed:

  • 1-3 years of experience with web CMS technology and publishing processes
  • 1-3 years of experience with iterative web design processes
  • Bachelor’s degree and/or years of education and 2+ experience required
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritize in a fast-moving team, take the initiative on projects when relevant
  • Unemotional, analytical approach to problem-solving; belief that the best solutions come from creativity and collaboration, even in a crisis
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Organization skills and strong attention to detail
  • An eagerness to learn with the flexibility to adapt in a fast-moving environment

Other nice-to-haves:

  • Experience working with multilingual websites
  • Interest in or experience with analytics platforms (ie, Google Analytics, Tableau, Splunk, etc), identify trends, and opportunities to optimize
  • Experience working as part of a global organization
  • Knowledge of the marketing technology stack (e.g. marketing automation)
  • An understanding of the digital content creative process
  • An understanding of digital marketing customer acquisition strategy
