Founded over ten years ago, we are a rapidly growing leader in the digital marketing space and an Elite HubSpot Partner. Utilizing marketing technology and specializing in consumer behavior processes, we nurture leads to create repeat and loyal customers to maximize our clients’ sales processes.
Due to our consistent growth, we are looking to add our newest Marketing Project Manager to keep the trains rolling. If you have experience working cross functionally on webbased technology in a marketing agency environment (HubSpot Partner preferred) and strong marketing automation experience, please read on!
What You Will Be Doing
- Manage techdriven project management tool stack (Teamwork, Invision, Zeplin, and others)
- Agile project management, plan for and prioritize deliverables/resources across all projects based on scope of work and marketing goals
- QA you have ownership over quality of final product by ensuring deliverables exceed client expectations. You have a QA checklist that’s so pretty, we’d frame it
- Relationships with external vendors and internal teams working on marketing projects
- Vet/hire external talent as needed for projects
- Proactively problemsolve, identify solutions and create solid plans to manage and resolve problems that arise throughout project lifecycle
- Run weekly or daily checkin meetings with project owners and project team members, make sure everyone has visibility on progress
- Be ready and able to communicate progress of a project with clients and internal stakeholders
What You Need for this Position
- Track record of keeping projects on time, on scope, on budget
- Ability to quickly master webbased technology, coming up with solutions, conducting independent due diligence to resolve problems
- Selfstarter who demonstrates autonomy in the workplace, Agile project management framework
- Strong written and technical documentation abilities, understanding of user experience and design process (informational architectures, user flow mapping, wireframes, etc)
- Experience with marketing automation web applications (Shopify, Hubspot, Klaviyo, SalesForce, etc), enterpriselevel projects
- Ability to work flexible hours coordinating with international teams across time zones
- Familiarity with CMS platforms (Hubspot, WordPress) Project Management certifications is a big bonus
