Job Description:

Eaton’s ES AMER ARS division is currently seeking a Marketing Program Manager. This is a remote position.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing programs that drive growth and enhance customer engagement in the retail sector. This role requires a strategic thinker with a strong background in project management. They must have a track record of successful program development and execution and a passion for delivering results.

The expected annual salary range for this role is $91500.03 – $134200.04 a year.

What you’ll do:

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, to ensure alignment and successful program implementation.
  • Develop/create marketing material, packaging design, tradeshow booth concepts, and sales collateral to support retail sales.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously to meet necessary deadlines.
  • Be accountable for all internal communication delivery, ensuring that stakeholders are informed and engaged.
  • Monitor and report on program performance, providing insights and recommendations to drive sales.
  • Collaborate with other leaders in the development of a coordinated budget recommendation for Director approval.
  • Manage program budgets and resources effectively to maximize ROI.

Qualifications:

Basic (required) Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university
  • Three years of experience in Marketing, Program Management, or Project Management; working for a large manufacturing operation
  • Ability to travel to customer sites up to 15% of the time
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without company sponsorship now or in the future

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field from an accredited institution
  • Previous marketing or account management experience supporting customers such as Home Depot, Lowes, and the hardware sales channel
