Marketing Process Analyst Senior or Lead

As a marketing process analyst senior or lead on the Media Data and Analytics team, you’ll support the analysis and optimization of advertising campaigns. You’ll apply statistical analysis methodologies to advertising campaigns and own experimental design and analysis through a partnership with our Marketing organization. In this role, you’ll manage campaign data and analytics with analyst counterparts in the Marketing organization. In addition, you’ll complete analyses of CBAs, KPI trends (e.g., sales, quotes, conversion, premium, retention), and integrated marketing test analysis by leveraging Multi-Touch Attribution (MTA) or Media Mix Modeling (MMM) methodologies. You’ll also facilitate detailed discussions throughout each project’s lifecycle.

Must-have qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in a quantitative field of study and a minimum of three year analytical work experience.
  • In lieu of a quantitative degree, a Bachelor’s degree or higher and a minimum of five years of analytical work experience.
  • In lieu of a degree, a minimum of six years of analytical work experience.

Preferred skills

  • Experience with both cloud-based (e.g., Snowflake, AWS S3) and on-prem (e.g., SQL, SAS) programming tools
  • Robust data and analytics experience working with large quantities of data while employing rigorous quantitative methodologies
  • Solid communication skills, both verbal and written, with ability to present information in various ways to meet audience needs
  • Ability to prepare reports and lead presentations, while maintaining confidential information
  • Negotiation skills and ability to influence others by educating and sharing information, with strong collaboration skills working with internal and external partners
