Responsibilities

GovCIO is looking for an enthusiastic Recruitment Marketing Specialist to join our distributed marketing team. You have fresh ideas for attracting top talent, take the lead on partnership outreach (e.g., college recruiting, non-profit engagement, etc.), and organize hiring events and establish a cadence for live social engagement. You will work closely with the Advertising and Recruitment Marketing Manager within a small, distributed team.

This is a fully remote opportunity

  • Help update and maintain the company career site.
  • Identify new partnership opportunities that will reach our target audience and boost employer branding.
  • Create and implement strategies for building and engaging our talent network/ community and new partnerships.
  • Create newsletters and oversee text campaigns.
  • Monitor Glassdoor and Indeed; plan and execute activities for engaging reviewers; thoughtfully reply to user feedback.
  • Help with organization and awareness of recruiting events.
  • Serve as brand ambassador at career fairs, on-campus recruiting events, and live social engagement.
  • Participate in team working-sessions for strategy, planning, and discovery of new opportunities, messaging, and tool.
  • Work with the ad specialist to track, measure, and report on recruiting campaigns.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree with 0-2 years (or commensurate) experience.
  • Knowledge of campaign strategy and execution.
  • Proficiency with MS Office suite (Teams, Excel, SharePoint, etc.).
  • Experience with WordPress.
  • Organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent communications and interpersonal skills.
  • Creative thinker and proactive problem solver.
  • High comfort level with live social media engagement.

Compensation Range (In compliance with Colorado’s Equal Pay for Equal Work Act for remote or positions located in CO)

60,000-65,000
