Title: Marketing Manager, Developer Enablement and Community

Location: Remote – USA

Developers are key partners to help HubSpot customers build dynamic and customizable CRM solutions. That’s why HubSpot is hiring a marketing manager to support our Developer Marketing strategy and initiatives.

In this role, you’ll be responsible for supporting the marketing strategy to attract, engage and delight current and future developers looking to build with HubSpot. You’ll be responsible for executing various marketing tactics across our owned and operated channels. You’ll ensure the developer audience has access to content, education, and resources needed to be successful with HubSpot.

You will be someone who can make an impact across the company. You’re a self-starter, a great teammate, and someone who has experience working with a technical or developer audience and has remarkable communication and relationship-building skills. You’ll help organize and scale processes toward our vision for marketing to developers, and do the work to execute toward that vision in partnership with teams across the organization.

In this role, you’ll get to:

  • Execute an ongoing engagement and acquisition marketing strategy to build awareness of the HubSpot developer ecosystem, enable developers to be successful, and keep them engaged and delighted.
  • Execute and operationalize the logistical elements of global developer events, campaigns, launches, and growth-related partnerships and initiatives.
  • Craft content to illustrate use cases and tell stories of developer success and creativity, both within and outside the HubSpot ecosystem, to inspire and engage developers to build with HubSpot.
  • Contribute to the development and execution of goal-driven marketing campaigns on our owned and operated channels (such as social media, email, blog, etc.)
  • Track developer marketing trends, best practices, and examples in the industry and surface insights and ideas to the rest of the platform team and the broader organization.
  • Collaborate with the rest of our platform marketing team to align developer-focused marketing with the broader HubSpot platform narrative and our efforts to attract more software developers and partners.

We’re looking for people who have:

  • Experience in developer marketing, technical product marketing, technical marketing, or developer advocacy/evangelism.
  • Experience executing digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels such as email, social, and paid media.
  • Successful project management experience, with experience in managing deadlines, schedules and tracked tasks.
  • A highly collaborative growth-mindset.
  • Exceptional communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
