FULL TIME EMPLOYMENT

/ REMOTE

Rocket is a fast-growing company focused on designing and developing UX for advanced software systems, with a significant focus on space programs. We’ve enjoyed meaningful growth with very limited marketing, but now want to use marketing in a more focused and strategic manner to increase our brand impact within our target market.

This new role will be responsible for working with management to understand the company’s vision, goals, and constraints, then building and implementing a strategic marketing plan to help the company achieve its objectives. This will include marketing for not only the company and its primary business of UX services, but also to support the Astro UXDS product and other/future services and products.

Specifically, the Marketing Manager is responsible for providing direction, guidance and leadership while overseeing the execution of all marketing initiatives, with an initial focus on messaging, SEO, social media, and events. This will include planning, budgeting, execution, tracking/reporting, and internal communications; as well as management of any/all marketing contractors. Over time this may grow to also include managing PR, advertising/SEM, and/or other promotions.

We are seeking an experienced marketing professional who is confident working independently as well as closely with the executive team to ensure all marketing and communications are “on brand,” to reinforce the culture, and to support the vision of the company.
