Role Overview
We’re seeking a Marketing Manager to lead and execute organic and paid marketing campaigns that drive awareness, engagement, and retention of HCPs across Formedics’ properties. This newly created role is ideal for a data-driven, well-organized professional with a strong focus on HCP audiences. - Develop and execute marketing strategies that enhance brand awareness, audience engagement, and customer retention supporting revenue drivers.
- Formulate and implement marketing plans and strategies to achieve business objectives.
- Plan and manage digital marketing campaigns across organic and paid social media (i.e. LinkedIn), programmatic display (i.e. Stack Adapt), and paid search channels.
- Analyze HCP behaviors and trends to inform digital marketing strategies.
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop innovative marketing approaches.
- Stay ahead of social media and digital marketing trends, implementing them into campaigns.
- Utilize data analytics to track performance, optimize strategies, and report on KPIs and ROI.
- Build and lead a small marketing team, ensuring campaign priorities align with business goals.
Job Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree
- Experience: 3-5 years in marketing, with a focus on digital marketing strategies.
Skills You’ll Have:
- Strongly Preferred: Experience marketing to healthcare professionals.
- In-depth knowledge of digital trends and marketing best practices.
- Proficiency in SEM strategy, and keyword research.
- Experience with website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics).
- Data-driven mindset with a passion for performance measurement.
- Experience managing and executing paid media campaigns.
- Strong communication skills for collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.
- Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Asana, Smartsheet, Salesforce, Monday).
- Prior experience in Publishing, Media, Healthcare, or Pharmaceutical industries is a plus.
- People management experience preferred.
