The Front Store Marketing team is seeking a dynamic self-starter to manage our ongoing customer reach expansion initiatives. These initiatives are designed to improve our ability to communicate with our customers by acquiring, maintaining, and optimizing contact and profile data. The role involves significant cross-functional work with our internal partners in digital innovations, IT, analytics, data strategy and program marketing. The ideal candidate will thrive on solving complex challenges and have experience in customer growth and development, data-driven marketing, and/or strategy development.

  • Day-to-day executional lead for CVS customer reach expansion, managing various cross-functional initiatives that support both immediate and long-term growth across multiple channels.
  • Take the lead, project manage, and own cross-functional workstreams across customer-facing channels and back-end data strategy to implement changes intended to drive reach expansion and ongoing data hygiene.
  • Collect and synthesize feedback from customers and retail field resources to monitor the impact and success of new and ongoing initiatives.
  • Work closely with Data Strategy and Analytics partners to build new and maintain existing reporting and dashboards, to help track the performance of ongoing initiatives.
  • Analyze data and share insights to help uncover and communicate new opportunities to key partners; discontinue any existing initiatives when not yielding expected results.
  • Execute day-to-day operational tasks to maintain ongoing reach expansion initiatives.

Pay Range
The typical pay range for this role is:
Minimum: 60,300
Maximum: 130,000
Please keep in mind that this range represents the pay range for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual salary offer will take into account a wide range of factors, including location.
Required Qualifications

  • 4+ years experience in customer growth and development, data-driven marketing, and/or strategy development in a retail, consumer packaged goods, or consulting environment.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience using and writing SQL queries to pull and compile data into insightful reports.
  • A passion for data analysis and for identifying new opportunities to improve performance and meet customer needs.
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams and managing complex projects from start to finish.
  • Analytical skills and experience developing data-driven reports; ability to use Excel to create pivot tables, charts, and graphs.
  • Demonstrated ability to prioritize work based on level of criticality to deliver.
  • Excellent communicator, both verbal and written, to influence key partners at all levels of the organization and to keep teams aligned on progress, risks, and accomplishments.
  • Proficiency in core MS business applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience required.
