The Marketing Design Associate will help amplify Leapgen’s Brand by supporting general creative and graphic design work for both Leapgen & our Luminate line of business working with our webinars, digital content and Hubspot campaign work. The Marketing Design Associate will work closely with the Leapgen Marketing team to increase and enhance Leapgen’s digital presence in our target market, to amplify and enhance the Leapgen brand as both a consulting firm and an employer of choice, to exemplify our Leaper values through digital storytelling, and to extend content distribution to our targeted audience.

What you’ll do:

  • Now of Work Podcast & Digital Meet-up Community Owner
  • Graphic design and digital asset production
  • Hubspot landing page and zoom webinar builds
  • Creating and managing presentations, templates, and slideware
  • Event coordination, including organizing details of digital events, conferences, and keynote speaking engagements
  • Video creation, including, but not limited to, customer spotlights, Leapgen brand and culture content, branded reels, customer collaborations, and supporting video assets for Leapgen or Leapgen client campaigns
  • Support sales team deliverables and outreach to allow us to stand out amongst our competition
  • Graphic design in support of Billable work on the Leapgen Marketing & Luminate, side; including social media graphics, presentations and decks, playbooks and white papers, one-pagers and other collateral, infographics, etc.
  • Support digital event branding efforts as needed, including video and design elements needed to complete sponsorship packages and brand awareness campaigns

What you should know:

  • Expert skill set in Adobe Suite programs (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign)
  • Hubspot (nice to have) or at least email campaign knowledge
  • Final Cut Pro / Adobe Premiere Pro
  • Zoom (webinars skill set a plus)
  • Website maintenance (WordPress understanding)
  • Graphic Design Production
  • Canva
  • Google Slides and PowerPoint
  • LinkedIn, Twitter and Instagram social media content/engagement

In addition, you’re a self-starter, naturally driven, organized, curious, collaborative, energetic and passionate about your work. You’re a team player, ready to jump into any request, and eager to support the company in any way possible. You’re comfortable working fast on time-sensitive deliverables, speaking up when you have questions or need direction, and have strong communication skills (both written and verbal). Must work regularly during “business hours” M-F.
