As a Data Science Marketing Manager for Customer and Campaign Analytics, you will lead the analytics of customer lifecycle campaigns, customer behavior, development and execution of significance testing, along with presentation of campaign results and optimization opportunities.

What you will do:

  • Design and carry out experiments to test and measure marketing campaign effectiveness, including experiment set up, establish control groups, and devise A/B tests
  • Develop and validate statistical models to measure the effectiveness of various marketing activities and predict and prioritize customer behavior
  • Analyze pools of data to discover trends, patterns, or correlations that can drive optimized business decisions
  • Work with business partners to transform customer understanding into measurable business results
  • Present findings on customer behavior and actionable recommendations to multiple audiences with various needs
  • Establish KPIs to demonstrate an increase in lead generation, sales, and additional desired client behaviors
  • Build automated dashboards and campaign readout presentations to distribute learnings

What you will bring:

  • 5-7 years of experience using data mining/analytical methods, preferably in marketing optimization
  • Experience evaluating various types of marketing campaigns
  • Hands-on experience with statistical analysis, data mining and other analytical techniques
  • Hands-on experience with data gathering/management/manipulation
  • Bachelor’s degree in mathematics, statistics, economics, data science, or equivalent

What will set you apart:

  • Strong working knowledge of statistical software and programming (R, Python, SAS preferred)
  • Expertise in SQL and Python to join and transform data into workable datasets
  • Self-starter able to adapt to changing conditions/requirements
  • Ability to work under tight deadlines
  • Clear and effective communication at various levels of the organization
  • Master’s degree in mathematics, statistics, economics, or data science preferred
