JOB SUMMARY

The OTC Industrial Technologies marketing team is searching for a Digital Marketing Content & Social Media Coordinator to curate, coordinate, and deliver compelling content aligned with our marketing strategies and communications goals. In this role, you will collaborate with the marketing team, HR, other departments, and third-party agencies to refine strategies, ensure timely execution, and optimize content for future initiatives. Your ability to foster engagement across platforms, maintain organized processes, and deliver consistent messaging will be critical to enhancing our brand and employee engagement.

PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES

  • Plan, schedule, and manage social media content across platforms to drive engagement and align with corporate goals.
  • Monitor and engage with comments, messages, and mentions, fostering meaningful relationships with followers, vendors, and customers.
  • Uphold the company’s brand voice, guidelines, and values across all content communications and maintain a consistent brand image.
  • Strong collaboration with internal teams and departments to coordinate content that supports a cohesive brand strategy, digital approach, and communication plan to bring the OTC marketing strategy & initiatives to life.
  • Develop engaging content for internal communications, safety messages, and newsletters.

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing or business-related field.
  • 1-3-year experience in an internship or marketing position.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing platforms (HubSpot preferred), social media platforms, and marketing analytics tools.
  • The ability to create and deploy marketing emails, landing pages and social media posts is a must.
  • Attention to detail is a must for this position.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to coordinate task completion.
  • Can effectively capture revision & direction communication.
  • Excellent Interpersonal skills, with ability to collaborate and be a team player across multiple channels within the organization.
  • Has a strong work ethic with a proven track record of executing tasks on time.
