Title: Marketing Campaigns Specialist
As the Marketing Campaigns Specialist, you’ll assist with the planning, coordination, and execution of marketing campaigns across channels. You’ll help us stay organized within our project management platforms, coordinate with internal partners and vendor teams, and support the team at virtual and in-person events, all in service of creating great campaigns that resonate with our audience and drive awareness, engagement, and pipeline.

What you’ll do:
- Manage campaign execution through precise project management, working with campaign leads and contributors to ensure that deliverables stay on track
- Coordinate with vendors and internal team members
- Team up on marketing campaigns, providing input, and taking ownership of key tasks
- Serve as a member of the event team for select trade shows, conferences, and other in-person events
- Direct the execution of the day-to-day activities that keep the marketing machine humming – contract management, gift fulfillment, etc
