We’re looking for an experienced marketing campaign manager to help us build world-class promotional marketing programs that drive expansion opportunities within our current customer accounts. This role will be both a strategist and hands-on executioner, with the opportunity to have full oversight into campaign strategy, managing key aspects of marketing qualified lead development, campaign concepts, creative deliverables, campaign budgets, and launching a broad multi-channel promotional approach. The ideal candidate has deep expertise in customer marketing, demand generation, strategic development and execution of integrated marketing campaigns. They are also adept at using data to inform decisions and can thrive in fast-paced environments. What you’ll do:

  • Develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns by extending and leveraging every aspect of the marketing channesl from organic/paid search, email marketing, digital advertising, content syndication, virtual events, corporate events, and nurturing campaigns
  • Collaborate with cross functional teams on integrated plans to deliver business results. You could be working with Sales, Creative, Content, Product Marketing, and Integrated Marketing teams to name a few
  • Manage the development of demand generation programs that generate a consistent flow of marketing qualified leads and first meetings leveraging a variety of channels.
  • Oversee campaign implementation in partnership with agency teams
  • Work in collaboration with Marketing Ops and Revenue Ops to track metrics and reporting against planned goals including, but not limited to: campaigns, programs, pipeline, funnel health, and data hygiene.
  • Interpret data, plan next steps, and share results with partner teams
  • Collaborate closely with Sales to educate, inspire, support, and promote the integrated campaigns and demand programs to ensure tight alignment and incorporation into prospecting and sales cycles.
  • Help us rethink demand generation innovation and shape perspectives on where we should place our bets
  • Develop scalable ways of working while establishing best practices

If you have some or all of the following, please apply:

  • 3+ years of experience in demand generation marketing
  • Hands on experience setting up and running campaigns in across all standard channels and with cross functional teams
  • Experience building promotional and go to market messaging based on industry and/or persona.
  • A proven track record in developing relationships and driving campaigns through media, third party publishers, and networks.
  • Familiarity with Hubspot, Salesforce, 6Sense, BI tools is a plus
  • 3rd party partnership management experience
  • Experience using data to tell stories and inform strategies
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills across all levels
  • A collaborative approach to working across complex organizations and building relationships.
  • An ability to prioritize across multiple projects and multi-task across a number of initiatives
