The Marketing Automation Manager will play a pivotal role in our marketing efforts across all business units and should be a self-driven, detail-oriented, data-driven guru that works well with others. We are specifically seeking an experienced HubSpot expert responsible for developing and implementing scalable solutions for operational challenges. This role will support all marketing efforts around program automation design, audience filters, database hygiene, email execution, lead scoring, and measuring everything for continuous optimization. This person is highly organized, has excellent time and project management skills, and is able to quickly prioritize in a fast-paced environment. This position reports directly to the Director of Digital, Marketing Ops, & Analytics within our Marketing organization.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
- Develop, manage, and optimize automation program components, including: form management, email invites, nurture programs, back-end webinar management, SFDC integration, lead processes, and campaign workflows
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends to understand how Mitratech’s funnel performance compares to best-in-class standards
- Execute ad hoc data migrations, imports, and manage a data quality program focused on completeness, standardization, and de-duplication
- Razor-sharp attention to detail with an interest in identifying areas of improvement and optimization of the lead follow-up process
- Improve campaign efficiency, contact outreach, and effectiveness by segmenting and leveraging the marketing database
- Present to marketing leadership on overall and specific marketing performance, making data-driven recommendations from performance analysis
- Develop reports, dashboards, and processes to continuously monitor data quality and integrity
- Work closely with Sr. Digital Marketing Manager and digital agency to build a cohesive digital and email strategy for optimal user experience
- Flexibility to accommodate emerging responsibilities and last-minute changes, but ability to push back when necessary
- An ability to deliver results whether working independently or as part of a team
- Excellent communication skills. You can work cross-functionally with various types of teams
- Engage and manage outside vendors as necessary to contribute to program goals
Requirements & Skills:
- 5-7 years of marketing operations experience, ideally in B2B software, with at least 3 years working within a marketing automation platform (preferably HubSpot, Marketo knowledge is a plus)
- Teamwork mentality we have a tight knit team; you must be able to work well with others
- Familiarity with SFDC and how to measure channel performance from the website to the CRM
- Experience with Excel and handling large datasets
- Ability to manage multiple projects and tasks inside Asana, reprioritizing based on needs
- Detail oriented, this person should be able to catch mistakes and proofread copy before publishing

- Degree in Marketing or related field, and/or relevant professional qualifications
