Job Purpose

We’re looking for a Marketing and Event Project Coordinator who is responsible to lead coordination and execution of critical marketing and sales activities. You’ll have ownership and accountability for your own projects and have a bird’s eye view of everything happening within the marketing department.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

  • Lead conference partnerships with industry organizations. You’ll develop relationships with their coordinators and monitor partnership opportunities for our brand.
  • Secure opportunities such as speaking engagements (podcast, webinar or keynote), marketing sponsorships (coffee bar, elevator signage etc.), or trade show booth space. Work back with your manager to align on events, and then you’ll manage the project, timelines, shipping, billing etc.
  • Manage and report project timelines for activities ensuring deadlines are met and deliverables are on time.
  • Lead coordination and assist in key executional elements of our National Sales Meeting, partnering with other contributors.
  • Assist and work with executive Assistant in Sales on the Sales Team training calendar. Coordinate logistics for 6 monthly hour-long training sessions.
  • Lead execution of trade show booths (2-3 per year). This could be setting up a client dinner or fun event like a baseball game, ensuring delivery of booth supplies, or creating a raffle.
  • Process Purchase Order requests in conjunction with sponsorships and event activities mentioned above and be able to report the budget.

Minimum Qualifications & Competencies

  • Degree in Marketing or equivalent experience
  • 1+ years’ related experience and / or training
  • Exceptional project management skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills to allow effective interaction with all levels of the organization and external customers.
  • Budget management experience
  • Ability work under pressure of deadlines, handle multiple priorities and pay close attention to detail.
  • Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office products
  • Ability to work independently and part of a collaborative team
  • Self-starter able to thrive in a team and fast paced environment.

Savista is required by state specific laws to include the salary range for this role when hiring a resident in applicable locations. The salary range for this role is from $49,700 to $78,100. However, specific compensation for the role will vary within the above range based on many factors including but not limited to geographic location, candidate experience, applicable certifications, and skills.
