Strategic Content and Design Manager

As a Strategic Content and Design Manager, your work at Tegria plays a critical role in translating complex healthcare and technology strategies into compelling, high-impact content and visuals. This role supports marketing and communications by developing and managing a wide range of deliverables including presentations, thought leadership content, infographics, and campaign assets that align with Tegria’s brand and strategic goals.

The role you play

An effective Strategic Content and Design Manager will help the organization on a whole achieve success through:

  • Translate complex strategies, data, and insights into high-impact visual content for sales, marketing, and internal use.
  • Create compelling, brand-aligned marketing materials such as pitch decks, fact sheets, eBooks, and infographics.
  • Write persuasive, accessible copy for both long-form and short-form content.
  • Develop narratives that support sales enablement, brand messaging, and marketing campaigns.
  • Monitor healthcare industry trends and recommend content topics based on strategic relevance.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, sales, and subject matter experts to produce content aligned with Tegria’s value proposition.
  • Performs other generally related duties as assigned.

What we’re looking for

We expect:

  • Bachelor’s degree in College degree in marketing, communications, design, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in healthcare services, healthcare consulting, or a related industry.
  • Proven experience creating B2B marketing assets including pitch decks, one-pagers, infographics, and thought leadership.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing ability to translate complex topics into visual and written content.
  • Healthcare industry trends and B2B marketing strategies.
  • Brand development and storytelling in a healthcare services context.
  • Visual communication principles, data visualization, and sales enablement content.
  • Accessibility and inclusive content design standards.
  • Experience managing multiple content projects across stakeholders and timelines.
  • Advanced presentation design using Microsoft tools (PowerPoint, Sway).
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop) and Canva.
  • Proficiency in data visualization tools such as Excel, Tableau, and Power BI.
  • Strong writing and editing skills; able to adapt tone and content for different audiences.
  • Project management and cross-functional collaboration.
  • Bonus: Experience with motion graphics and animation tools (e.g., Adobe After Effects).
  • W2 project-based consultants will be expected to provide a computing device that adheres to industry standards and security best practices to use in satisfying the Project Services on behalf of Tegria
