Our CRM function is growing and we are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Manager, Salesforce Strategy to take on a pivotal role in driving the company’s CRM product under the guidance and leadership of the CRM Strategy Practice Lead. In this newly created position, you will be responsible for managing a team of Salesforce Administrators and optimizing the Salesforce platform to help shape the organization’s CRM product strategy and enhance overall business performance.

This position can be entirely virtual/remote/work from home and you can sit anywhere in the US.


  • Collaborate closely with the CRM Strategy Practice Lead to develop and execute a comprehensive CRM product strategy that aligns with the organization’s overall business objectives.
  • Define clear product roadmaps and prioritize features based on business impact
  • Oversee the configuration, customization, and maintenance of the Salesforce platform to ensure optimal performance and user experience.
  • Drive data integrity efforts, data governance, and data management practices to maintain accurate and up-to-date information.
  • Monitor system performance, proactively identify and address issues, and implement necessary enhancements to maximize Salesforce’s capabilities.
  • Collaborate with various stakeholders, including sales, marketing, customer service, and IT teams, to understand their needs and requirements for the CRM platform.
  • Work closely with the CRM Strategy Practice Lead to ensure that the CRM product aligns with the broader CRM strategy and supports seamless integration with other systems and processes.
  • Develop and deliver training programs for end-users to ensure proper utilization and adoption of the Salesforce platform.
  • Provide ongoing support and assistance to users, addressing their inquiries and resolving any technical issues in a timely manner.
  • Utilize Salesforce reporting and analytics tools to extract insights and make data-driven decisions to optimize business processes and enhance customer engagement.
  • Develop and present regular performance reports to management, highlighting key metrics and the impact of CRM initiatives.


  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in Salesforce administration and CRM product management.
  • Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Certified Administrator, Salesforce Certified Platform App Builder) are highly desirable.
  • Experience with Oracle CPQ is a plus
  • Strong understanding of CRM principles, processes, and best practices.
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
  • Proven track record of driving successful CRM initiatives and achieving measurable results.
  • Effective communication and leadership skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate across cross-functional teams.
