Overview
AbleTo is hiring a Manager to the Operational Excellence team to support the scaling of our business. Reporting to the Director, Operations & Strategy, you’ll lead key strategic cross-functional projects critical to AbleTo’s growth. You will scope, design, and implement process improvements with guidance from the Director and other department leads, as well as analyze opportunities for further improvement of company performance. Projects span the entire company, touching on topics from the provider experience to member engagement to operations efficiency. You will be joining a trusted, tight-knit team with direct access to the C-suite, SVPs and VPs across AbleTo.
What You’ll Do:
- Lead distinct strategic cross-functional projects by owning the project scope, driving a fast-paced timeline, and managing stakeholder relationships
- Design sustainable solutions for complex operational problems with a clear implementation plan and expected results
- Present findings and recommendations to key stakeholders, supporting the change management process across various levels of the organization
- Develop a deep understanding of the payor-provider model and how an innovative healthcare tech company pulls strategic levers to scale operations
- Build strong relationships with individuals at all levels within AbleTo and support change management
- As needed, support other strategic activities or ad hoc analyses
Who You Are:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, or other related field with quantitative training
- 2-4 years in management consulting, business operations, investment banking, or data analytics
- Acute business sense; ability to quantify in dollars and bring structure to complex, ambiguous problems and design sustainable solutions
- Strong organizational and project management skills to successfully prioritize responsibilities for multiple projects, with effective and timely follow-up
- Strong analytical skill set and comfort navigating complex or incomplete data; proficiency in Excel required
- Track record of collaboration and building trust across various levels/functions of an organization
- A self-starting and proactive work style, including the ability to take ownership in a fast-paced environment
- A natural curiosity and ability to quickly learn new business processes
- A genuine desire to serve others and improve mental healthcare
- Healthcare experience preferred

The salary range is $60,000 to $110,000. Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to education, work experience, certifications, etc. In addition to your salary, AbleTo offers benefits such as a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements).
