This manager will be a key leadership role and will be instrumental in defining the future services for our CMS Hub customers. We are looking for a manager who can manage a high-performing team,, can re-imagine processes, and can influence & work cross functionally.
Our Replatforming Specialists work with customers to assist and ensure they have an excellent experience migrating their website/content to HubSpot. They help with Template Setups, Full Migrations, Blog Migrations, Email Template Rebuilds, and Asset Migrations. These projects are crucial to the success of customers using HubSpot’s CMS and content tools and the team is well-versed in HubSpot, design, and customer success.

This role will be a mix of people, program, and results management, including:
- Managing a team of Replatforming Specialists who assist in the migration of web content and elements to HubSpot’s CMS Hub
- Hiring, coaching and developing a high-performing team
- Accountable for building a diverse, inclusive team representative of the customers HubSpot serves
- Analyzing customer and team performance data to make informed decisions about operational and procedural changes.
- Partnering with the Replatforming Global Senior Manager and Program Managers to focus on services that best solve for our CMS Hub customers.
- Be responsible for performance and quality standards that will be used to help both ensure a delightful customer experience as well as provide structure to train and grow employees on the team

- Experience managing a technical or service-oriented team
- Highly adaptable with a track record in successfully managing and driving change
- Has a track record of setting, meeting, and exceeding goals and targets
- Delivers high quality results against their departments strategic vision and goals.
- Highly collaborative and effective at leading cross-functional initiatives that positively contributes to performance
- Uses relevant data to lead decisions that involve taking a step back and thinking holistically about cross-functional and long-term challenges.
- Understand Web Standards and popular content platforms including WordPress, Drupal, Wix, SquareSpace. HubSpot CMS experience is highly beneficial.
