About the Job

We currently have an exciting opportunity for a Manager, Ecommerce Analytics to join the Tailored Brands Enterprise Analytics team. The Enterprise Analytics team is central to our data-forward strategy, driving insights into every aspect of our business, supporting stakeholders across the organization, and creating a legendary customer experience.

The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, including expertise in data manipulation in Snowflake using SQL, data visualization tools, and comprehensive data analysis. This role is highly collaborative, working closely with the ecommerce category management and product management teams to provide valuable insights that guide, measure, and monitor their strategies. Responsibilities include creating reporting tools for our partners, uncovering actionable insights from data, and presenting these insights to leaders in a compelling, story-driven format.

What You’ll Do | Key Accountabilities

  • Lead and manage the ecommerce analytics team to drive data-driven decision-making.
  • Collaborate with ecommerce category managers and product managers to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
  • Analyze and interpret data from various sources, including Google Analytics and Snowflake
  • Create and maintain dashboards in Google Analytics, Looker Studio, Power BI, and Tableau.
  • Conduct deep-dive analyses to understand customer behavior, sales trends, and product performance.
  • Partner with Ecommerce Operations and Data Engineering to ensure data accuracy and integrity across all analytics platforms.
  • Present findings and recommendations to senior management and stakeholders.

 

What You’ll Bring | Skills & Experience

  • 6+ years of experience in eCommerce, Marketing, Consumer or Digital Analytics role.
  • 3+ years of experience with Google Analytics.
  • 3+ years of experience with a data visualization tool: Looker Studio, Power BI, or Tableau.
  • Strong SQL skills for data extraction and manipulation.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field (e.g., Data Science, Business Analytics, Statistics).
