Title: Manager, Deal Desk
Location: San Francisco or New York or Remote

We are looking for an experienced Deal Desk expert to support our growing sales team.
As the first hire for Deal Desk, this is a unique opportunity to define new processes from the ground up. This role will work closely with cross-functional partners such as Legal, Revenue Accounting, Strategic Finance, and more. Deal Desk plays an integral role in maintaining corporate governance, optimizing processes, and influencing deal strategy.
What you’ll do at Figma:
- Act as the global cross-functional leader of our quote to cash, generating buy-in and awareness on improvements to the deal desk tools, data, and process with key stakeholders
- Be the trusted advisor on deal review and structuring
- Implement and enable the team on our software, approval matrix, approval automation, and deal desk playbook
Some projects you could work on:
- Implementation of a CPQ system
- Hire and develop a team of Deal Desk Analysts
We’d love to hear from you if you have:
- 7+ years of related experience, preferably in deal desk, contracts or sales operations positions
- Experience with quote-to-cash processes
- Strong communication skills and influence, including Senior Leadership
- Deep understanding of SFDC and CPQ systems
