As a Manager Cloud SRE you will be responsible for the overall cloud infrastructure management including designing, monitoring, and provisioning resources for individual applications deployed to those environments. This position works very closely with Engineering, DevOps, Networking, and Product teams on understanding their need. The manager (Cloud SRE) should be able to manage people and applications/tooling in various cloud technologies. The Candidate must have proven expertise in cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, AZURE) and ability to manage delivery while enabling cost effectiveness of those solutions.

Primary Responsibilities:
- Define and drive automation of cloud operations and deployment using different toolsets
- Define and drive implementation of Cloud Operations procedures
- Define and implement effective and reliable cloud infrastructure
- Define, implement methodology and toolset for fully automated infrastructure management as a code
- Serve as the company’s subject matter expert to support other Change Healthcare teams for purposes cloud technologies, operations, and DevOps methodology
- Willing to support 24x7x365 on-call when needed

Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering or 4+ years of equivalent experience
- 10+ years of hands-on experience in software development or infrastructure management
- 5+ years of experience and a proven record of successful administration of cloud infrastructure and deployed applications for enterprise SaaS or PaaS companies in public clouds such as GCP, AWS, Azure
- 5+ years of hands-on production application management experience
- 3+ years of experience in coding in any programming language
- 2+ years of production experience with Kubernetes including using technologies such as Docker, Helm
Preferred Qualifications:
- Public cloud-related certifications like cloud engineer, Kubernetes, terraforms etc.
- Proven knowledge of cloud infrastructure including computer, networking, security, storage data management, cloud database, cloud logging and any other cloud based services
- Experience in designing and driving the implementation of large-scale commercial enterprise-class software, using CI/CD principles and DevOps methodologies
- Experience with on-calls tools like PagerDuty or xMatters
- Experience with automation tools like RunDeck or Ansible
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
