Nalpeiron Major Account Manager – Enterprise SaaS Software (since 2005)

Nalpeiron, the parent of Zentitle, provides an industry-leading Cloud-Based Software Licensing Platform (SAAS), that’s easy to integrate and deploy, with a proven platform, world-class support, and over 17 years delivering to enterprise-level software companies.

We’re expanding our team, and we are looking for Account Managers who have a solid track record, expertise in major account selling, and a passion for meeting/exceeding assigned revenue goals.

Nalpeiron is seeking a seasoned sales account manager to drive sales of our latest product – you will be a big cog in a small wheel – we are not a big corporate machine. If you want to make a big difference and be “heard,” working among peers that act like family, we are the place.

The candidate MUST have experience in “consultative major account” selling to Software ISVs, or sales of SAAS/Online solutions or has TECHNOLOGY/SOFTWARE sales experience. (If you don’t, you will be rejected, please don’t apply unless you have the right experience).


This is a unique opportunity to be part of a rapidly growing team. The sales process is technical and requires a background in software to be successful.

The ideal person is enthusiastic and hungry to prove their potential. We want a proactive individual who isn’t afraid to dive in headfirst and acquire new business via the phone. You must be an upbeat, career-motivated, self-starter using your sales talent to prospect and develop business with potential customers where the average sale is $25-250,000.

You would be presenting our company via a technical demo to existing and potential customers. It’s critical that you are confident presenting complex ideas via zoom. Full training and technical support will be provided, too, of course.

Sales engineers are welcome. We are happy to train confident engineers into more of a sales role.


  • Create new prospect leads
  • Follow up on marketing leads
  • Conduct research on prospects
  • Provide product demos / and manage POCs
  • Highly skilled at discovery and closing accounts
  • Lead sales campaigns that build customer value and long-term relationships
  • Accurately forecast opportunities
  • Extensive experience in building and developing account relationships through personalized contact, understanding account’s needs, and ability to effectively communicate the value of Nalpeiron’s solutions
  • Manage existing customers through high touch, QBRs, renewals, upsell and cross-sell
  • Commitment to delivering an exceptional customer experience


  • 5+ years of consultative sales experience in selling enterprise IT software solutions (asset management, cloud management, data analytics, security software, enterprise applications, business processing outsourcing, risk management software or networking performance)
  • Successful experience running the entire sales cycle
  • Strong track record of prospecting and closing net new accounts throughout the end-to-end sales process
  • Experience with a Major Account Selling Methodology
  • Solid track record of meeting/exceeding quota
  • Solid reputation, highly motivated and professional, with excellent written, verbal, presentation, and social skills
  • Ability to run a technical sales demo of the software to prospects and manage other team members to help answer questions and close out the process
  • Knowledge of and Hubspot, including:
    • Ability to mine information
    • Ability to manage contacts
    • Keep the status of each account fully up to date
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent experience.

This is a full-time position, working from your home office with excellent career prospects as we grow.

  • Hours: Flexible full-time working hours (from home, no commute, based in the US). 5-day Work Week.
  • Compensation: $100-180,000++ Based on experience
    Stock options: % Available, role eligible to earn incentive compensation
