  • We are looking for a Lifecycle Marketing Specialist to focus on our EverConnect brand. EverConnect is a rapidly growing performance marketing, lead generation, and digital media solutions division of EverCommerce that delivers measurable ROI for its clients across multiple verticals.
  • Our team specializes in connecting customers to service providers through multiple acquisition channels of acquisition and lead distribution. We have vast digital marketing experience, develop and deploy innovative media strategies, and have robust expertise in marketing to clients of all sizes.
  • We are looking for a lifecycle Marketing Specialist to join the EverConnect team, which has extensive expertise in marketing and sales, business operations, and growth strategies for high-growth home service companies.
  • You will collaborate with marketing managers and directors, and work alongside PPCSpecialists, SEO & Social Media Specialists, Content Strategists, Web Developers, and Project Managers to support cross-channel initiatives on our growing Digital Marketing team.
  • In this role, you will be working with the EverConnect team, the performance marketing arm ofEverCommerce, to build, coordinate, and execute lifecycle marketing campaigns across our portfolio of brands. You will be responsible for the execution and optimization of marketing automation journeys across EverConnect, and will serve as a key point of contact and marketing automation knowledge resource for all parties.
  • Email projects will include implementing platforms, email content creation, email template and workflow building, and ongoing testing, optimization, analysis, and reporting. Other projects will include data cleaning, compliance, form strategy, and chatbot creation.
  • You are a focused and motivated marketer, who loves to execute and implement email and sms strategies, driving business growth and creating lifelong brand advocates.
  • You have sms and email experience working across multiple marketing automation platforms and data sources to drive top-of-funnel growth and move buyers through the funnel.
  • You’re passionate about the marketing technology and testing that delivers the right message at the right time.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute email and SMS marketing campaigns to drive customer acquisition, retention, and engagement
  • Analyze campaign performance and adjust strategies as needed to optimize results
  • Work closely with the content team to create compelling and relevant email and SMS copy that resonates with our target audience
  • Segment and target email and SMS lists to ensure personalized and effective messaging
  • Set up and manage email and SMS automation flows to nurture leads and encourage conversions
  • Stay up-to-date on industry best practices and trends to continuously improve campaign performance
  • Manage and monitor the technical aspects of email and sms marketing – deliverability, error reporting, compliance, and more.
  • Assisting with the end-to-end management of lifecycle marketing programs, including campaign ideation, creation, deployment, testing, optimization, analysis and reporting.
  • Work with the team to create unique and compelling content, calls to action, and landing pages, across several industries.
  • Assisting withplatformimplementations and ongoing optimizations.
  • Performing day-to-day lifecycle marketing activities including, but not limited to, campaign set-up, segmentation, scheduling, QA testing, tagging and deployment of one-time, recurring, triggered and dynamic content-driven campaigns.
  • Deploy A/B tests to drive the most effective ROI and incremental lift throughout the entire funnel.
  • Set up and manage email and SMS automation flows to nurture leads and encourage conversions
  • Stay up-to-date on industry best practices and trends to continuously improve campaign performance
  • Manage and monitor the technical aspects of email and SMS marketing – deliverability, error reporting, compliance, and more.
  • Develop standardized processes for the organization.
  • Executing changes and optimizations to our existing automated campaigns as well as developing new automated campaigns based on customer insights and subsidiary feedback.
  • Proactively troubleshooting technical issues related to HTML templates, list segmentation, automation flows,forms,and all other aspects associated with email and campaign execution.
  • Work with stakeholders on various compliance initiatives.
  • Configuring and managing various platform integrations including, but not limitedto:Facebook, LinkedIn,Zoom, GoToMeeting, WordPress, Gravity Forms,Unbounce,and Salesforce.
  • Participate in projects with cross-functional stakeholders.

Skills and Experience needed for success in this role:

  • 2+ years of experience in email and SMS marketing
  • Proficiency in email and SMS marketing tools such as Mailchimp, Constant Contact, or similar
  • Strong understanding of email and SMS marketing best practices, including list segmentation, subject line optimization, and A/B testing
  • Experience with email and SMS marketing automation and personalization
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to track and report on campaign performance
  • 1-2 years of B2B marketing experience, preferably in SaaS
  • 1-3 years of experience in email marketingwith specific experience executinginemail and SMS marketing platforms
  • Successful track record of developing and executing lifecycle marketing strategies, including measuring and delivering on performancetargets
  • Knowledge of email marketing compliance laws (GDPR, CAN-SPAM, CASL, CCPA)
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce or other CRMs and how they integrate with Marketing Automation Platforms
  • Solid project management skills – ability to lead, develop and provide clear direction, prioritization, planning, influencing and working in cross functionalteams
  • Demonstrated success in an innovative and agilehigh-growthenvironment
  • A strong verbal and written communicator
  • Proficiency with HTML & CSS
  • A strong attention to detail
  • Proficiency in Photoshop is a plus

Where:

The EverCommerce team is distributed globally, with teams in the U.S., Canada, the U.K., Jordan, New Zealand, and Australia. With a widely distributed team, we are used to working remotely across different time zones.

This role can be based anywhere in the United States – if you’re close to one of our offices, we can set you up in-office or you can work 100% remotely.

Please note that you must be eligible to work without sponsorship to qualify for this position, and this role may require travel to our Corporate Headquarters in Denver, Colorado, or to other office locations around North America.

Compensation:

  • The target base compensation for this position is $50,000 to $60,000 USD per year in most US locations. Final offer amounts are determined by multiple factors including location, local market variances, and candidate experience and expertise, and may vary from the amounts listed above.
