The Learning Platform Coordinator will focus on the back-end set up of our academic courses on the ExecOnline learning platform to ensure all multimedia learning content is properly displayed for each learner. The person in this role will collaborate with a diverse group of stakeholders across all ExecOnline teams Operations, Instructional Design, Tech, Product Management, Client Success, and others.
Reporting to the Director of Program Operations, the Learning Platform Coordinator is a contractor role that is instrumental in making our world-class leadership development accessible to all leaders.
In this role you will:
- Populate multi-media course content on the ExecOnline platform, including videos, assignments, interactive exercises, surveys, and resource collateral; manage custom content for specific participants and clients.
- Set up courses for the foreign language version of our programs. (Speaking the foreign languages is not required, but is a bonus: Spanish, French, Japanese, German, Italian)
- Update and ensure accuracy of course collateral using Microsoft Powerpoint, Word, and Excel
- Write and Post Announcements to the platform to benefit student learning and motivation.
- Complete a range of other operational and administrative support.
What positions you for success:
- Experience with eLearning platform, online learning platform, LMS (Learning Management System, or SaaS (Software as a Service).
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
- High attention to detail
- Strong interpersonal, writing, and editing skills
