We are looking for an experienced Lead Visual Designer for a large, global B2B Software company. You will have the chance to showcase your expertise and passion for designing visually stunning, responsive, and accessible websites for the enterprise.
This is a 6-month project (Extension Possible), 40 hours per week, Remote role in the US.
This is a W2 employee of Stage 4 Solutions. Health benefits and 401K are offered.
Responsibilities:
- Understanding user & stakeholder needs, industry best practices, and emerging trends in website design.
- Developing wireframes, prototypes, and visual designs that demonstrate a keen eye for aesthetics, layout, typography, and color theory.
- Collaborating with UX content strategists and web developers to ensure seamless integration of design elements and functionality.
- Implementing responsive design principles to create an engaging and user-friendly experience across desktop, tablet, and mobile devices.
- Incorporating accessibility standards and best practices to ensure the website is inclusive and accessible to all users.
- Using industry-standard design tools (such as Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, or Figma) to create and iterate on design concepts efficiently.
- Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to understand the objectives and goals of the website redesign project.
- Creating a captivating and cohesive visual design for our website that resonates with the target audience.
- Ensuring the website is responsive and accessible, providing an optimal user experience across various devices and accessibility requirements.
- Delivering high-quality design assets and deliverables within defined timelines and project requirements.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience required as a Visual Designer in Enterprise Companies.
- Understanding of UX Domain
- Must have Figma experience
- Hands-on experience with AEM or CMS is a plus.

Compensation: $106.40/hr. – $118.24/hr. on W2
