The Job:

  • Providing leadership within a talented team of software engineers in an Agile environment to design, development, and maintain a multi-org Salesforce CRM implementation.
  • Responsible for the organization and tracking of work for multiple developers on large, complex projects.
  • A key contributor in an agile development team, participating in SCRUM ceremonies and planning phases, and defining, breaking down, and organizing the development work within the team.
  • Recommend, design, and create technical improvements in existing capabilities to maximize productivity and optimize security and efficiency.
  • Assist the Product Owner with prioritization, specifically promoting understanding of technical risks and opportunities with a business-friendly approach.
  • Championing and assisting with the creation of best-practices within the development team.
  • Optimizing solutions for support, usability, and flexibility.
  • Collaborating with on architectural design across Enterprise technologies and teams
  • Leading support and triage activities, including rotational on-call duties.

Qualifications

  • You are an experienced Salesforce CRM engineer, with demonstrable skills in APEX and .net programming languages.
  • You are a leader who strives to empower others with a proven ability to influence those around you.

  • You can present complex technical ideas clearly and to non-technical audiences, tying their value back to business benefits including at an executive level.
  • You have a strong Lean/Agile mindset and substantial experience working and leading work within Agile teams.
  • You can effectively set and manage expectations at all levels of the organization.
  • You can translate conceptual ideas into concrete tasks as well as translate business needs into technical requirements.
  • You have a passion for learning, designing, and implementing new technology and a keen eye for optimization of business process.
  • You are a highly engaged and collaborative team member with exceptional communication skills

Example Hands-On Technical Experience:

  • Salesforce/APEX – minimum 3 years (including CRM implementation expereince)
  • ASP.NET MVC – minimum 3 years
  • SQL Server – minimum 3 years
  • RESTful Web Services – minimum 1-3 years
  • AWS experience preferred
